Insight Imaging & Diagnostics is exploring batched scheduling models designed to improve access to advanced imaging while reducing costs for participating hospitals. Practices interested in reserving a recurring ultrasound day (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) may qualify for discounted, high-volume pricing. This approach is intended to streamline scheduling, improve efficiency, and allow hospitals to provide more affordable access to ultrasound services for their patients. • Diagnostic and Emergency Surgery

Insight Imaging & Diagnostics is currently exploring the development of an integrated imaging-to-surgery model in which surgical services would be reserved for patients that have undergone sonographic evaluation through Insight Imaging & Diagnostics with specialist review through SonoPath. The goal of this approach is to enhance case selection, improve preoperative planning, and promote continuity of care from diagnosis through treatment. Emergency surgical availability would remain dependent upon ultrasound scheduling, clinical urgency, and ongoing development of this service.

Current areas of surgical proficiency include exploratory laparotomy, gastrointestinal foreign body surgery, gastrotomy and enterotomy procedures, intestinal resection and anastomosis, cystotomy, pyometra, splenectomy, liver biopsy, and other diagnostic biopsy procedures as indicated. Additional procedures and advanced interventions may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on patient needs, imaging findings, and available support.
